　　今天国旗下讲话的主题是 “三爱三节”。

　　现如今，在习近平总书记的号召下，有一种风气正盛行，有一种理念正深入人心，那就是“三爱三节”，指的是爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国;节约用水、节约用电、节约粮食。

　　学习，是我们学生最大的责任和义务。古语云：“书也，善读可以医愚”。学生漫漫十几年求学路，在书中学到的知识，提素质，明心智，辨是非。在学习中我们从慒慒无知的小孩到进入学校学习，这让我们受益匪浅。

　　同学们，在我们的周围，勤俭节约无处不在。每个人都有义务把节约当作责任、当作习惯。节约可以从小事做起，从身边做起，时时刻刻严格要求自己节约不浪费：离开教室时，请伸伸你的小手，关掉电灯;洗餐具和抹布时，提醒一下身边的同学，把水龙头开得小一些，临走时检查一下，水龙头是否拧紧了。节约粮食，不挑食，不剩饭菜，与父母外出吃饭时，饭菜点的适量，如有剩余，打包带回家。节约的意识大家都有，其实节约做起来并不难。举手之劳，我们能做的还有很多。

　　今天我演讲的题目是《践行“三爱”“三节”，争做祖国栋梁》。习近平总书记心系教育，情牵学子，向全国青少年提出了“爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国;节水、节电、节粮”的号召，这充分体现了以习近平同志为总书记的党中央对青少年的亲切关怀和殷切希望。

　　少年学生是祖国的未来和希望，“少年富，则国富，少年强，则国强。”我们少年学生必须牢记“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的神圣使命，努力践行“三爱”“三节”，争做祖国未来栋梁。为贯彻习近平总书记“三爱、三节”的号召，帮助同学们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，希望同学们能做到以下几点:
