这星期，我读了完《地心游记》这本书，使我受益匪浅。

This week, I finished reading the book "Journey to the Central Earth", which benefited me a lot.

这本书讲述了“我”和叔叔一起进行的奇妙的地心之路。这还要从那天收到了一封密码信说起。那时是我和叔叔破解了密码信之后，发现这封信是一位名叫阿克努赛尔的冰岛炼金术师写的，信中说他通过火山口进入了地心，如果你勇气可以尝试进入地心。于是，我们准备开始这场看起来难以置信的地心之路旅。起初，刚进入火山口时，我十分害怕，以为这一去一定必死无疑了。但是，我渐渐地发现，虽然已经到地下几千英尺了，但可温度其实没有想象中的那么高，而且“我”发现这是一趟神奇有趣的旅程，一路上，我们经历迷路，缺水，地震，甚至差点被巨兽吃掉，但庆幸的是有惊无险，最后在一次火山爆发后回到了地表。

我被蚊子又吵醒了，看看时钟，已经晚上11点40多了。咦，外面怎么还有“刷刷”声呢？

我悄悄地穿好衣服，推开门，走到客厅，发现卫生间里的灯是亮的，我从门缝中看到：妈妈竟然还在做家务活——洗衣服！我怔住了，妈妈还没睡！她左手拿着衣服的一端，右手拿着另一端，用力、费劲地搓起来，头上布满了密密的汗珠，她也不停歇，一件又一件地搓。妈妈，你不累吗？又见她又拿起一件衣服，哦，那不是我昨天穿的T恤衫吗？我昨天不小心弄脏了——上面有水彩笔的印子。妈妈挤了点洗洁精，用力地搓了几下，一会儿时间后，她展开衣服看了看，还有淡淡的颜色，于是，她又继续搓，一分钟过去了，两分钟过去了，三分钟、四分钟都过去了，妈妈终于又展开衣服仔细地瞧了瞧，哈，没了！我惊讶极了。妈妈又拿起第二件衣服，此刻，挂在墙上的钟打铃了，我知道，己经12点了，妈妈似乎忘了自己、忘了时间、忘了地球的存在。

我的眼皮打起了架，哎，我要睡了，我悄悄地上了床。仰望天花板的我，带着对妈妈的敬佩之情，甜甜蜜蜜的进入梦乡。

My eyelids started to fight. Alas, I was going to sleep. I got into bed quietly. Looking up at the ceiling, I fell asleep with admiration for my mother.
