自从上次在课堂上，看了于丹教授在《百家讲坛》栏目解读《庄子》心得的视频后。我深受影响，于是在图书馆找到了这本书。

正如于丹教授所说“只有清楚地了解自己的内心，才能够在这个世界上找到最基本的出发点，才能够去善待别人”，我们总在怪别人不理解自己，可是我们何尝想过，其实自己也不认识自己，我们虽然无法向庄子那样，梦到自己是一只翩翩起舞的蝴蝶，从而得出“究竟是自己做梦化为蝴蝶了呢？还是蝴蝶做梦化为了自己了呢？”的想法，但是我们可以向庄子学习，站在不同的角度，以不同的方式，去看待推断所有的事物，只有真正认清自己，才会懂得如何认清他人，而不必把自己的方式强加于人。在当今社会上，不认识自己的人比比皆是，而把自己的方式强加于人得更是数不胜数，小到家庭，大到社会，每当产生矛盾时，就必然有争吵，自然希望别人接受自己的观点，正如混沌的开窍，渔网教子的方式，让我深深体会到，一个人的自知之明是如何重要，而我们又要如何能做到自知之明呢？于丹说：唯有在自己的形骸之外，保有一双灵魂的眼睛，始终审视自己。从认识你自己

谈笑论生死
